Introduction - These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MediumSQL.com ("we,""us," or "our"), a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform enabling users to securely manage PostgreSQL database connections, execute SQL queries, view data, and export database information.By usingMediumSQL.com, you agree to comply fully with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

2. User Accounts and Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials and database     connection parameters. Ensuring the legality and accuracy of data entered, queries executed, and actions performed. Any damage or disruption caused to their databases or browsers resulting from misuse or execution of SQL commands.

3. Acceptable Use
- You must use MediumSQL.com responsibly. You explicitly agree not to: Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities. Execute unauthorized SQL commands or queries on databases you do not own or for which you lack explicit authorization. Attempt unauthorized access to the service or other user accounts.Weexplicitly disclaim responsibility for any damage to databases resulting from unauthorized or malicious use.

4. Subscription and Payments
MediumSQL offers monthly or yearly subscriptions, billed on the same day each month or year from initial sign-up. A 3-day free trial is available; valid payment details must be provided to continue using the service after the trial. Automatic renewal occurs unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time; services remain active until the paid     subscription period ends.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are generally not provided; however, users may request refunds in exceptional cases by contacting support@mediumsql.com. Refund requests will be evaluated individually, and our decision is final.

5. Intellectual Property
Users retain full intellectual property rights to their database content, queries, and     results. MediumSQL claims no rights over user-generated content. All other website content,  including software, design, logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of MediumSQL or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability
MediumSQL.com shall not be liable for: Any direct or indirect loss  or damage, including data loss, financial damages, or disruptions arising from the use of the service. Damages resulting from unauthorized access, misuse, or breach of data.Users acknowledge the inherent risks in managing sensitive database credentials and using onlinedatabase management services.

7. Termination and Suspension
MediumSQL reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accountsimmediately and without prior notice under circumstances including, but notlimited to: Violation of these Terms and Conditions. Detection of malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activities. Security risks to our services or other users.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed according to the laws of England and Wales.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, users agree to seek resolution initially through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to arbitration. Should arbitration fail, the dispute may be escalated to courts within the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email within 24 hours. The latest version of the Terms will always be posted on MediumSQL.com with an effective date clearly indicated.

User-generated Content
: SQL queries, commands, and     related configurations you create are stored securely and deleted after 120 days of account inactivity.

Third-party Services
Outseta: Manages user accounts, subscriptions, payments, and email marketing communications. Refer to Outseta's privacy policy for further details.

Google Analytics & Ads
: We use Google Analytics for site performance and marketing purposes, with cookies subject to your explicit consent.

Use of Your Information

Your database credentials and related data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We perform hourly backups and actively monitor for unauthorized access or databreaches.

Data Retention
Your information, including user-generated content, is retained for 120 days after your last login. After this period, inactive user data is securely deleted.

International Data Transfers Your personal data may be transferred and processed outside the UK and EU, including the United States, where our third-party providers operate. We ensure adequate safeguards, including reliance on standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Your Rights
You have the right to: Access, correct, or delete your personal data through your account page. Request the deletion of your account and data via support ticket or by emailing support@mediumsql.com (processed within 48 hours). Object to processing, request restriction, or portability of your data.
